This page explains how information submitted through the assessment form is collected, used, stored and removed. It covers initial business enquiries only and does not authorise the submission of production data, credentials or confidential operational information.

What we collect

The assessment form collects the name, work email, organisation, role, industry, timing and a high-level description of an operational problem. Do not submit production data, system credentials, security diagrams or confidential operational information.

Why we collect it

We use the information to understand the broad problem, identify the right conversation and respond to the enquiry. The form is not intended to create a production account or store operational records.

Where submissions go

Validated assessment submissions are stored in a private enquiry inbox on the operator-controlled website server. The inbox is not published through the website and is available only through an authenticated SSH connection. The current hosting infrastructure is located in the United States. Information is not sold or used to create advertising profiles.

How long we keep it

Initial enquiries are retained for up to 180 days and are then automatically removed, unless the enquiry becomes part of an active business relationship or a longer period is required to resolve a request or meet a legal obligation. You can request earlier deletion using the privacy contact address.

Access, correction and complaints

To request access to or correction of information, or to make a privacy complaint, contact the site operator using the published privacy contact address. The operator should document a response process and escalation path before accepting public submissions.

If you do not provide information

Without the required contact and problem context, the operator may not be able to respond meaningfully. You can use direct email or WhatsApp instead of the assessment form.

Your responsibility

Please use work contact details and describe the problem at a high level. Detailed data handling, retention and security arrangements would be agreed before any client information is exchanged.
